From Scotland’s finest poet to London’s most celebrated landmarks – welcome to Burns Night aboard Bateaux London. On 25th January, one of Bateaux London’s beautiful boats will be hosting an elegant Scottish feast, combining the traditions of Burns Night with unparalleled river views of the capital’s most iconic monuments.
Lads and Lasses are invited to embark on a 2 hour and 45-minute voyage as the vessel transforms into a highlander’s dream with live Scottish music, delicate amuse-bouches and whisky cocktails on arrival.
Whilst admiring the sights and taking in the sounds of a professional pianist and violinist, guests can enjoy a decadent five-course meal inspired by traditional Scottish fare. Dishes feature the likes of seared salmon with a heather honey dressing alongside classic baked haggis with neeps and tatties in a fragrant thyme jus. The meal is finished off with a whisky-infused dessert of raspberry cranachan trifle and a decadent cheese board accompanied with rich, winter chutney and Peter’s Yard Crackers.
From haggis to the Houses of Parliament, tatties to the Tower of London plus a wee dram of whisky, Bateaux London’s Burns Night party is a celebration for all.
Tickets are priced from £79 per person with three luxurious packages available. Upgrade to Gold for amuse-bouches, cocktails and a cheese board to accompany your meal or indulge in the Platinum package and enjoy fully inclusive house wine. Book your ticket now by visiting: www.bateauxlondon.com
