With party season just around the corner, Brasserie Blanc on Walton Street, has just introduced its Christmas menu, packed with festive French favourites and plenty of vegan options. From Bronze roast turkey and vegan fritters with pumpkin purée to traditional pork terrine accompanied with rich apple and pear chutney and potted brown shrimps served with nutmeg butter on toast.
Elevated classics include grilled smoked Scottish salmon with piccalilli infused vegetables and a citrus crème fraiche dressing and duck cassoulet with chorizo, haricot beans and French herbs. To finish, a winter-spiced bread and butter pudding with brandy crème anglaise nods to tradition with a subtle French twist. Vegan dishes include winter vegetable fritters, wild mushroom and truffle risotto and a sweet cherry apple and almond crumble with vanilla ice cream.
If it’s just drinks you’re looking for, join Brasserie Blanc at one of its welcoming bars and enjoy a festive tipple including warming cocktails such as the popular Sipsmith hot gin and tonic, classic mulled wine or indulgent hot chocolate with Chambord. For something more intimate, select locations offer private dining spaces that can be booked out exclusively.
With 3 courses from just £32.50, the festive menu is available now until 31st January.
Whether it’s a meal or drinks with friends, family or colleagues, party ‘chez nous’ this year with Brasserie Blanc. For the full menu and for more information please visit brasserieblanc.com/our-menus/christmas-party-menu/
