ARTISINAL CUISINE AT BŌKAN 37
Bōkan 37 is an elegant yet relaxed fine dining restaurant with an emphasis on natural, sustainable food sourced from the UK’s most dedicated farmers and food producers. French native Guillaume Gillan (former Chef de partie at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon), oversees an experienced team that are passionate about their pursuit of culinary perfection. By his side is accomplished Head Chef Robert Manea, and highly knowledgeable sommelier Nelson Sintrao.
Beautifully crafted modern European dishes incorporate the best of British produce with an aim to push every ingredient to its limit while discarding as little as possible. Sample dishes from the seasonally changing a la carte menu including Marinated seabass, organic beetroot, lavender honey, fresh yuzu zest; Josper grilled Rhug Estate organic lamb, olive and harissa puree, artichoke, confit cedro; and a Bouillabaisse with John Dory, scallop, langoustine, ratte potatoes, saffron and tapioca crisp.
A range of multi-course Chef’s tasting menus, with the option of wine pairings, for the enjoyment of the entire table are available. Come the weekend, enjoy a leisurely three-course seasonal brunch menu against a backdrop of spectacular views.
IMAGINATIVE COCKTAILS AT BAR 38
Sip on an array of libations and indulge in snacks and sharing plates whilst taking in show-stopping views of the City of London and beyond. The bar at Bōkan 38 champions locally distilled spirits, imaginative cocktails, a selection of craft beers and an extensive wine list.
An inventive cocktail menu created by a team of London’s top bartenders pays homage to the rich history of Canary Wharf, with tipples inspired by the West India Docks, East India Docks and Royal Docks. All cocktails are made using carefully sourced ingredients from countries that set sail to the Docks to trade in the 1800s.

Soak up the summer sunshine on cushioned day beds, kick back with a cocktail in hand accompanied by the smooth tunes of live jazz and renowned DJs with the City skyline sprawled out in front of you.
Bōkan 37, 38 and 39 have been designed to make the most of the striking views. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows flood all levels with daylight and paint an incredible of picture all London’s major landmarks including The Shard, The Gherkin, The London Eye, the O2 and more. The cityscape is further brought into the venue through the use of antique mirrors, ensuring that no matter where you are, you will always experience an unparalleled view. Reclaimed timber, brick, steel and polished concrete reminiscent of the Docklands, collide with delicate brass and bronze accents creating an industrial yet sophisticated atmosphere that makes Bōkan the place to see and be seen.
