BŌKAN 37, London’s top destination restaurant for sky-high dining, is celebrating World Vegan Month with a dedicated five-course vegan chef’s tasting menu. Executive Chef Guillaume Gillan is plating up for the planet with clean and vibrant dishes showcasing seasonal produce without forgoing flavour.
Kicking things off on World Vegan Day (1st November), diners can indulge in a picture-perfect amuse bouche, before tucking into colourful rainbow radish, macadamia pesto, Asian dressing and horseradish snow with yuzu. Dishes to follow include a deliciously autumnal and comforting homemade Delica pumpkin tagliolini with ginger tuile, pumpkin seed purée, sake and kaffir lime and a poached English pear, choco sauce, almond and pear sorbet.
The full five-course tasting menu, perfect for herbivores or meat eaters keen to take on the veg pledge, is priced at £65 per person.
